Mini factory structure:

• Modernly designed to have wide work areas with built-in offices and bedrooms. 

• Lower rental per a square meter (compared to the rental of other warehouses in the same vicinity).

• Fully equipped with built-in toilets in both sections: the factories and the offices.

• Conveniently used work areas as the factory is built without the middle pier.

• Six-metered factory roof enables you to set the crane or to build a mezzanine. 

• Constructed with the Hollow Core floor system which can load 2.5t./m2. The forklift trucks can drive around the factory without damaging the floor.

• Stable and durable with sheet I-26 piles installed into the ground for 21 meters. 

• Equipped with 6 x 4.30 m. automatic steel rolling shutters. The trucks can reverse to load off the cargoes conveniently.

• Properly ventilated and lit with metal sheet roof, roof ventilators, and light windows leading to energy saving and reducing  electricity charge.  

Public utilities:

• The 12 m. wide reinforced cement roads enables the trucks to park in front of the factory to load off the cargoes conveniently. 

• The roads in the mini factory site is 0.60 meters higher than the public highways for good drainage system and preventing flood.

• Tap water, telephones, and electricity for factory with 50/150 A. meters. A larger electric meter can be requested.
