Company Sermdee Co., Ltd.
Sermdee Co., Ltd. was founded on 7 December 1989. We firstly began to run the construction business especially commercial buildings and mini factories in Bangkok and its vicinity. Later, the prosperity of rental real estate business inspires the company to start running the rental mini factory and land business. We have the professional teams which have been long gathering experiences in construction for more than 15 years. Thus, our mini factories are well built under the close supervision of skillful engineers by using a knock down system or a built up column system, which is the quickest method of factory building. We additionally use only high quality materials to make the factory structures strong and durable.
In 2000, the company’s first mini factory, of which the area was more than 16 Rai and contained 46 rental units, was run. The factory situated in Soi Samaedam 21, Samaedam, Bangkhunthien, Bangkok.
With the strong inspiration of blossoming rental real estate business, our experiences in both factory construction and running real estate business including warm services led the mini factory project of Sermdee Co., Ltd. to achieve its business goal—i.e. the mini factory units were all rented.
In January 2005, Sermdee Factory and Warehouse Co., Ltd. was founded and the new project of mini factory was launched. It covered the area of 22 Rai in Pantainorasingh district, Samutsakhon province and contained 63 factory units for supporting the continuous growth of rental real estate business.
